Happy to have you here with us. It is a journey and we are all in it with you. Feel free to ask any questions. Just a hint -- you might want to visit the lean cuisine section in case there are products that you don't like. I see you are in Oregon City. My sister is an HA in Sandy - not far!

OK

Day ONE:

5:30 Van shake w/hazelnut
7:30 Bananna Shake
11:30 L&G 2.5 cups Lettuce/Spinach .5 Cucumber 4oz Chicken
2:00 Duch Choc. Shake
4:30 Pudding
5:30 Soup

Not REALLY hungry...the food is not bad.....didnt need a "Bar"...thought about it though

will change times tomorrow for eating!

I get up at 4:45am at work by 6am off work 4:30pm

Will try:

7:30-Shake
9:30-Shake
11:30- L&G
2:00-Shake
4:30- Pudding
6pm -Soup

Hope this will spread out the meals better.....

Being up from 5am to 9pm and eating every 2-3 hrs leaves some extra time before bed!

Congrats on making it through day one!!!

Do you think you're able to spread out meals to 3 hours? I try to do that to space them out because I am usually up late. Here's my 'to do' for today:

7:45 – Banana crème shake
10:45 – chicken & rice soup
1:20 – strawberry crème shake
4:20 – L&G
7:20 – choc shake
10:20 – hot cocoa

I fear the bars so I have them hidden in a closet :-)

Congrats again on making it though the day and feeling great!!!

Hiya, 6-pack!
Congrats on your first day MFing!
One thing I noticed...you shorted yourself on protein for your L&G.
You should have 7 oz of chicken (weighed after cooking). The plan
is so well-balanced that it is amazing how much this little difference
can make...especially in your feelings of satiety.
Good job, and keep shaking!

Image and congratulations on a great first day! :D

Unless I am missing something I think you might have cheated yourself on the lean you had!
11:30 L&G 2.5 cups Lettuce/Spinach .5 Cucumber 4oz Chicken
According to the quickstart guide(I am reading out of it as I type) lol, You need to have a 6 oz. portion of white meat chicken and one additional fat OR 5 oz. Dark meat chicken no additional fat serving needed, also, make sure the weight is AFTER cooking, not before! Yay!! :-P More chicken!

Your doing great!

Ha! Gina Gina and I posted about the same thing at almost the same time!
Great minds...eh, Gina?!

So ~ just to clarify:
Your "lean" should be 7 oz of chicken if no additional fat is consumed, and 6 oz with one fat...is that clear as mud?? ;)
Check your QuickStart guide for all the details...
