According to the quickstart guide(I am reading out of it as I type) lol, You need to have a 6 oz. portion of white meat chicken and one additional fat OR 5 oz. Dark meat chicken no additional fat serving needed, also, make sure the weight is AFTER cooking, not before! Yay!!11:30 L&G 2.5 cups Lettuce/Spinach .5 Cucumber 4oz Chicken
