To get in the habit of doing push-ups and sit-ups just look at it like some people do for MF! Just do 10 or 5 push-ups and then do 10 sit-ups then 5 push-ups and 5 sit-ups then about 2 hrs later do the same then two hrs again.......soon you will be able to increase the # of them you do! I started with 25 sit-ups and 10 push-ups. Now I can do 30 push-ups and 75 sit-ups(crunches) and then I switch and do 15 push-ups and then 40 sit-ups then I finish with 15 pushups and as many sit-ups that I can do. Then about 3-5 hrs do it again.....If i am not too tired do again right before bed!

I know sounds like alot but.....if you work your way up it is not that much and you will be really happy in the improvement!
I bet when I re-read this in a month or so I will be doing much more with ease!

You all can do it just start slow and gradually work up to more! Even if it is just 2-3 of each then take a break and do more I started to do this inbetween commercals during a TV show I was watching...every commercial did a few....try it!

OK I am SOOOOOOOO close to my GOAL! 185 is what I am shooting for and am at 188 today! On Jan 8th it will have been 3 months since I started....When I started my "OLD" scale weighed me at 235 and then I noticed that if I stepped on it 3-4 times I would get 3-4 different readings.....so out with that scale and in with the new and it said I weighed 6 # more than the 1st scale so I believe that I actually started at 240 ish! And as I posted my jeans were 38's now in the 34's looking to get to 33's.......I Plan for 2008 to be a GREAT year for me! Hope it will be a great year for EVERYBODY!

God Bless and Happy Holidays all! :D

Sorry, but when I read about skinny jeans I see Kate Moss and the Olsen twins in my head. Made me laugh!
