Welcome RR.

This group is the best support group ever. They know exactly what you are going through, because they went through it or are going through it currently.

Good Luck

Welcome. We know a number of folks who are successful doing this on the road. I even know a couple of Health Coaches with TSFL who are also long haul truck drivers who are successful. We are here to help.

Good luck roadrunner. I am still awaiting delivery; I sure hope I can persevere to my goal weight. Hubby thinks I am being lazy by going this route, however I have never been a workout person. I also don't have much of a background in nutrition so I don't know how to make up my own diet plan. Hubby thinks this is a waste of money. I have two girlfriends who have had great success with MF...so I'm keeping my fingers crossed:)
