2nd day!

Postby Sablebaby » June 22nd, 2005, 2:59 pm

Hey there everyone!

I just have to say that I am totally loving this plan. It is so easy! After Aunt Flo settled in yesterday I have felt AWESOME! I went to bed last night feeling so freakin good. And, I have lots of energy. I figured I would be wiped out for the first few days and had planned to lay around or sleep. No way! :bounce:

I tried the strawberry creme shake last night and did not like it. SO I did some research to figure out how to doctor it up. Then I went to the store to get a few things. When I came home from the store I was thinking that it was time for lunch which is supposed to be soup on my schedule. However I live in an oven (AZ) and we are in a heat advisory, and I was too hot to even think about eating something that is hot. SO I said to myself, "self, you don't have to eat the soup, you can choose a nice icy shake to cool yourself off with." And so I did. I tried the vanilla with vanilla extract and some diet root beer. YUM! Now I feel cool like a cucumber. What a great plan this is!

I have no hunger, except for when it's time to eat. I have lots of energy. And I feel great! Anyone thinking about doing this program... DO IT! Don't think another moment. Just order and try it. :D

Hey! Guess what? I weigh 7 lbs lighter right now! I just had to weigh in this morning to see what's going on. Not bad after two days. I just wonder what the next five days will bring! I knew I looked thinner and I felt thinner. I just placed my next order and have ordered a few samples of other things to try.

Just had to share my news. <------- this will be me soon when I get thinner! :D

Hi Heather,
You are right you are going to love this way of life. My body temp. has changed drinking all of this water and shakes. I am usually the one who always thinks it is too hot, now I have to take a jacket with me. I have lost 15lbs and have 20lbs to go. Right now I seem to be stuck at 15lbs for the last 3 weeks, I know this forum will get me through it. I have read a lot of post and this is a great group. I think most of them should be authors, they are so good at writing.

Keep up the good work!
