Reminds me of that song "Momma said there'd be days like this......."

Hang on.....learning to stay compliant while things are going well isn't hard........learning to stay compliant when life is rough is when you're really learning some important coping tools. Good luck.

Well It is 11:32PM and I am still getting things loaded, Stopped to take 5 and come read the boards. No one has really posted since I last came to read and post. I am VERY tired and won't get much sleep at all but once we get up there I can always take a nap before all the concerts start. My Husband's phone has been ringing like mad with Customers wanting work to be done and such so he didn't have a good day either and is kinda stessed out with leaving but he needs a break and I told him our Guys will be able to handle it for 2 days this week so we can get away. But I know he will be on his cell phone the whole time we are gone. He always is, but I can't complain because he has to keep customers happy and keep the work going. I am getting excited again, now that most everything is loaded, just waiting on one more load of laundry to finish and then I can shower and go to sleep for a couple hours at least. I did not get all my MF in today but I have drank my water, I have just been on the go to much today. I hope to do better tomarrow. Well MF buddies have a good weekend and Keep Shakin! I will return on Monday Night! :)

Well I am Back from Country Thunder and BOY it was a BLAST! We really enjoyed ourselves and will go back again next year. :) We are planning our next trip to Silver City New Mexico to see a Blues Festival. This will happen May 25th just for the weekend. I can't wait.
While at country thunder, we had our nice New Ice cooler sitting outside at camp by our motor home with all our other tables, chairs, cots, ect and inside our cooler we had my DH beer and my water and RTD Medifast shakes.........two cases of MF RTD shakes I might add........When we went to sleep that thursday night (2AM mind you) Someone Stole our Ice Chest and all my MF RTD shakes. My DH woke before I did and everyone at camp knew what happened, when I woke up and went outside to grab my ice cold MF RTD Shake the cooler was not there, I asked DH where did you move the chest too..........That is when our Friend say "DeAnna I got some bad news for ya, Someone stole your ice chest" I was like WTH! I was SO UPSET as it had all my RTD shakes in there. I was fighting the tears, and when Anyone walked by our camp I was yelling out "Did you steel out Ice Chest!" The neighbor accross from us said he busted two young punks stealing his firewood so we think it's the same people who stole our ice chest. SO I wasn't able to stay on my MF while up there. I did eat my Oatmeal but didn't have my Shakes. I came home with out gaining, as I watched very closely what I ate and I was happy that I took salad with us also. So all that helped me I think. So I am back home and back on track. Next trip we take I will NOT put all my MF in the ice chest. I just thought this would keep them ice cold. Well I hope whoever stole the ice chest got a good taste of the MF program.

2GS~ I'm glad to hear you had a great time in spite of the jerks that stole your cooler. I just don't get why anyone would want to steal a cooler???? :idontknow: I know it was for the beer, but come on!!!!!

It sounds like you did a great job of managing your eating. Coming home without a gain says a great deal about your commitment. It would have been really easy to just pig out. You certainly would have had the excuse, but you didn't and you should be very proud of yourself.

We're glad to have you back!!!!!

Yes I could of but I didnt & that is what is important to me.
Oh I know they stole it for the Beer but why couldn't they leave my cooler with the MF! UGH! Yes those RTS are Very expensive and I am almost out of them here at home. I will have to wait before I can re-order more of them until finiances get better. Waiting on customers to pay and that has been a PITA! Everyone wants work done but no one likes to pay Ontime. Nope they like being 60-90 days late. Who cares if we have bills to pay. UGH! So as you can see the stress level is high for me right now. But some way some how I will get through it soon I hope. I haven't weighed because I am so bloated right now, waiting fot my TOM to come. It has been late here lately, figure it's due to me sticking to my MF plan. Going on Monday with DD to her OB appointment, will find out the offical due date and they will be doing a sonogram also. :) Exciting! I will be in and out the rest of the week, I will try and jump on before bed each night to catch up with everyone. Take care and keep shaking. :)

Well I went for my laser treatment today to stop smoking, I haven't had a smoke in 9.5 hrs and I don't crave one or want one. I just think "At this time I would be outside smoking" After Dinner I was like trying to keep busy because I would ALWAYS go outside and smoke after dinner. I didn't do it tonight. I really hope this works. I am VERY tired tonight, The Doc said I will sleep very well tonight, I think I will because I an VERY tired for a change. I really hope this works. My Mom did her treatment last week and has not smoked at all or had any cravings. So I hope I follow in her footsteps. No headaches either. So far so good. Will post more later.

Oh and after the treatment the Doc said I would want to drink alot of water........Well she was right so I know I am drinking Enough water. :)
Doing Ok on My MF program, had a couple slips this week and it has shown on the scale so I hope to get back on track tomarrow.
