Hi there. Nancy asked me for a new picture, so I have just sent to Unca Tim one that I found that was taken in January when I had just started Medifasting,

...and two that were taken just today.

Um, yeah, I guess I can finally tell that I'm losing weight....

WOWZA! Not only do I see amazing results physically in your weightloss, but you managed to reverse the aging process and look years younger.

You look happy and healthy and radiant. Just your smile alone speaks volumes, not to mention your glowing skin, improved posture, and smaller body. You look like you feel as great as you look.

CONGRATS!

Oh, and I notice ONEderland is just around the corner. - You're right, this is fun!

Wow! I left the house to run errands after I posted this, and just got back to the thread. You ladies are so sweet -- thank you for all your good words! That's very motivating to stay on track to take the rest of the weight off -- and I know very well that I can't do it without all of you there to keep me going. Thank you all.

Emma, I'm 5'9" tall, and I just turned 48.

I was physically choked up seeing your pictures. The difference in your age appearance is staggering. Look at how drawn your face was in the beginning. You look like you've had a true face lift. I believe what you have had is a SPIRIT lift........no money and no knife can create the beauty that is radiating from you now. Absolutely stunning my dear friend. Thank you for sharing your beauty with us daily in the care and concern of your posts........and now the beauty of your outer shell that will continue to inspire the masses that visit this forum. You do indeed look radiant and your photo 'attitude' and body language have changed!

Thank you for posting your picture - it is so uplifting to others to see your progress but it also helps you to make another step toward goal commitment and then weight maintenance. When a person puts themselves on the line, the likelihood of maintaining weight is strengthened. :yes:

I love your beautiful thick and curly hair!

Your facial expression in the "after" pictures shows how much happier and better you feel about yourself. Totally amazing....what a transformation!!

Thanks for posting your pictures. You're an inspiration to ALL of us!! Now I want to get my pictures downloaded and post them too. I've got a couple of "before" ones, but I need to get my daughter to take a recent one for my "now" picture...not my "after" picture cuz I'm not there yet!!
