Hi everyone,

My first week on Medifast is complete and I lost 6.9 pounds and 5 1/4 total body inches... I am so excited this give me the motivation to keep going!!!!

Wow! I am so happy for you and your first week of thinnin'.

You lost a lot of inches already.

I am thankful that you measured when you began your program.

With Medifast, we truly lose the flab and since fat takes up more space than muscle, when we lose the stored fat, the inches lost mounts quickly.

Once a person begins to work out and build muscle, our weight can go up a little but we remain small as the muscle weight takes up less space.

Keep it up! Wowee!!! BTW, Donna must be proud of you, too!
