Glad to have you joining us Jenn, my daughter is the same age, same height, but about 50lbs heavier than you.

I know you will be so successful, and when you are at goal, I will show her how well you did, and maybe I can talk her into joining our little m/f family.

Welcome Jen! You have made a choice that is definately going to change your life. Congratulations!! I have seen great results with Medifast, and I am sure you will as well. I have been on the program since feb. 2nd, and am down 36 lbs. And I hate diets! Imagine that, I am still on this one. It is so easy, and these forums are life savers sometimes. Glad you are here.
