1st WI on Medifast

Just had to peek this morning at the scale. I have been doing MF for 4 days, well OP 4 days and have lost 4 lbs as of this morning!!!!!!!! I think I could get used to this!! That is definately the motivation I needed to keep going. Just wanted to share with anyone who cares to listen!!!

Its so nice. Much better than WW or other types of programs I have tried. If you stick to it you will lose (as with others), but with this one you lose faster (typically).
