I have finished my first day of MF. I am happy to say that true to "your" words, it was completely painless. Easy as Pie...or an orange shake. Yumm yumm. Cheers to everyone, and thanks for all of your supportive posts. :beerbeer:

First day

Hi there,

See now -- you can do it. Day one is down only 2 more days til your body adapts and you are in a very mild ketosis. Then very little hunger and you're off and running. Happy to hear you are doing great. Keep us posted. We are happy for you and looking forward to hearing about your big losses ( and little ones too -- they all count ) :D Check out "lean cuisine" for lots and lots of new ideas.

I agree about the easy part. I find that I have to make myself eat the last meal or two. I'm not really a fan of the oatmeal so I will make cookies and pancakes with it. I'm nervously waiting to get hunger pains so I keep a few mini pickles with me during the day for emergencies. Good luck and keep me posted on any problems or surprises. :toast:
