In less than a yr. my loss was 135 lbs. I'm a couple of months past one yr. now and have 65 more lbs. to go. I feel GREAT. No more blood pressure medications, no more diabetes medication, no more thyroid medicine--in fact no medicine at all!!

I became a health advisior in Jan. 2006 and have 2 clients namely because for so long I kept Medifast as my secret to eliminate discouragement from others and comments that I didn't want to hear or deal with. Unfortunately, still don't tell people the way I should out of fear or whatever.

Anyway, everyone stick with this, it is more than worth it the rewards are priceless.

Good for you. How did you manage so much so soon?

I think it is great you became an advisor. I was thinking of working towards the same thing. I know you don't have to be at goal or at it that long, but in my mind I think it owuld help me do a better job.
