*** 100 DAYS OF COMPLANCE: RESULTS ***

Yesterday I completed my ONE HUNDRETH DAY OF ON PLAN COMPLIANCE! Yippeeee! I honestly never even dreamed of 100 days when I started. I’d been on so many plans before that I just assumed it would be short term. I’m so THRILLED that the plan is so darn easy to follow, I am NOT hungry (most days :) ), I feel better inside and out and I truly feel AWESOME!

I have lost weight and inches – that’s typical after 100 days of compliance – or at least expected (by me :)). The things I have gained though are just as awesome – like simply feeling better, more balanced, in control and empowered. For those who don’t know me or my journey – I have completed my 100 days of compliance during one of the most difficult times in my life and during numerous stress inducing events that are known high-stressors - - like a cross country move, divorce, starting a new job and, of course, changing my eating habits :). So if I CAN DO IT while living in turmoil – I’m certain anyone can!!!

Thanks to all of you who have gone before me and encouraged me, supported me and put me in my place – lol. I appreciate everyone here and am so glad we’re all in this together! A special thanks to my partner in crime, Crazy Ovary Chick! We’re going to do this thing and I can’t wait to get to goal with you!

OK, so the results are in after 100 days of compliance:

Total Lost: 44.2 Pounds

And all weeks were NOT created equal – here’s the breakdown of my awesome weeks and some ‘what the hell is going on’ weeks:

W1 -6.8
W2 -4.6
W3 +.2
W4 -4.4
W5 - 3.8
W6 - 3.4
W7 - 3.0
W8 -4.8
W9 - 1.8
W10 -1.6
W11 - 1.6
W12 -4.6
W13 - .8
W14: Not finished till tomorrow but 3.2 so far.

Inches Lost: 53.75

AND – something I realized this morning when I was updating my ticker: I AM HALF WAY TO GOAL!!!!!!!!!! :yay: :boing: :yay: :boing: :yay:

It’s all downhill from here! I lost 8 pounds prior to starting MediFast as I was low carb-ing and getting ready for the program. I don’t count those in my ticker BUT in my overall weight loss journey I have lost 52.2 Pounds and I have 52.2 pounds to go! YIPEEEEEEE, Giddy-up skinny jeans here I come!

TTFN!!!!

*sniff, sniff*...she's gonna make me cry! Which one are you? Thelma or Louise? I am so proud of you. You are doing great! You exude so much strength, it's unbelievable. You simply prove that when we want something, i mean REALLY want something, it CAN be done, regardless of what else we have going on around us. No excuses, JUST DO IT! You show wonderful numbers...week after week. To me, even the low numbers are great because in spite of it all, you still remain compliant. I'm with ya on that one, i've produced enuff low number weeks and still stick thru it (with your help and the help of others here ). I should say THANK YOU for being such an inspiration to me. Looking forward to crossing that goal line with you too! <img src="http://smileys.smileycentral.com/cat/4/4_1_201.gif" alt="SmileyCentral.com" border="0"> We can ALL do this!

Hey Kym,

sorry I missed your 100 day celebration, but congratulations anyway! Just the motivation I needed to count 100 days from today and see if I can get to 150. I smell a new ticker coming...(I love new ticker smell)
