I had to double up last night to get all my MF meals in for the day. Jer's bday last night and fam had supper at the Vietnamese.. I didn't eat there b/c I don't know what they cook with, but we were there FOREVER, and I forgot to bring a shake with me. Was nearly 6 hrs between 4th meal and 5th + 6th.

Not sure if that is exactly non-compliance though.. lol.. otherwise, everything is good.

That's OK Kelly - I wouldn't call it non-compliance. You didn't go off the program and eat something else. I would have asked if they had some milk - 8 oz of lowfat milk can substitute for a supplement in a case like that. Either way, I would have been STARVED and probably would have just ordered something off the menu. Way to keep yourself ON PLAN!!!

Yesterday was OK for me too. I was on plan, but I needed my celery stick snacks to get through. Good luck to everyone today.

WELCOME Krisss!!! We are sooooo happy to have you along! Let me know if you have any problems with PayPal and I will try to help ya.

As for me... 100% compliant today AND I actually got in all of my water. Yay me. Going on a trip with the church tomorrow to the Creation Museum in southern Ohio. Should be fun, but I am riding with someone else so I will have to watch the water intake if you know what I mean.

Come on guys -- keep inviting everyone, we can get that pot up much higher than where is it now!

Still keeping on.. Water is np for me.. my biggest struggles these days is only having 1 snack, remembering to get 3 fat servings on 6-0 days and getting in all 6 or 5+1 meals.

Happy to have you Kriss! :)

When I am able to resist my peanut butter addiction, the other way I get the required fat servings is to add regular cream cheese to a pudding. It really doesn't change the flavor, but it does make it MUCH creamier and does something to make it freeze better (more like ice cream - less like ice).

I forgot to take my supplements to the Creation Museum yesterday, so I had to improvise. I ended up having a protien bar and two 8 ounce glasses of 2 % milk. Not really on plan, but not horribly off either. I did get my water in too. AND since I spent 4 hours meandering through the museum even on my knee scooter, I feel like I got in a good amount of exercise too.

Today is off to a great start. It is almost time for L&G!
