No, no, I don't think anyone meant to make you feel bad for asking. We just want it very, very, VERY clear that we're not advocating going off plan. It causes way too many problems for too many people.

No getting grounded here AQ!!! I think what you have mistaken as bad attitude towards asking a certain question is the PASSION that people feel when trying to explain how difficult it is for some to actually get back to plan. Maybe my use of the word "justify" threw you off a little. It was meant more like "reasoning" or "support". Believe me, you were VERY smart to ask the question as opposed to going it alone. You get to see many different points of view/experiences.

I went off on Sunday, for just the day. It wasn't planned, it was really just a poor decision, as I could have avoided it.

It hasn't been hard to continue with the plan except for the fact that I was hungry on Monday in between meals which normally doesn't happen.

However, this is the first time this has happened for me. Any other time I have gone off plan, I didn't go back on it for weeks or months.

It is your decision, no one here will judge you for it, no one wants to see you struggle either though.

I am very sore and puffy, gained some weight back, but I am okay to be on plan, so hope it comes off soon. I could use some encouragement, I am having a rough time emotionally.

Hey Becky...I tried to reply twice last time I was on the forum and it was being stubborn. You've been in my thoughts. I hope that things have started to look up for you and that you're feeling better-both physically and emotionally. I hope that whatever it is you're dealing with you've got some support built up around you to lean on. And don't think that just because there haven't been a lot of replies to your post that no one was thinking of you. I know I've read that a lot of people were having problems with the site.

I wish there were more to say to make you feel better. I know that a few months ago I was in quite a 'funk' and nothing I did would shake it. I just kept thinking 'this too shall pass". Looking back I know that it did.

Just take it easy and remember to take care of yourself. Please keep us posted with how things are.
