I have no problem setting up a PayPal if everyone else is agreeable!

Yes, let's post the measurements and weights on this thread. I think weekly would be OK since Medifast and TSFL both recommend weighing weekly instead of daily. As far as reports of being on plan or not that would be up to the individual. If you want to post a daily account of compliance that would be fine. If you would rather post weekly or only when you need some support - do whatever is best for you to get through.

Of course - I am in for the $10 to since it was my suggestion.

I will post my stats by sundown today.

I am fine with the targets that dede4wd used for measurements. I would choose just one side for the arm and leg measurement though - your choice, but always the same one. Here are my stats...

Measurements
Neck: 14"
Upper Arms: 15.5"
Bust: 44.5"
Bra: 38.5"
Waist: 40"
Hips: 51"
Thighs: 30"
Calves: 20"

I am not sure what to do about the weight. I currently weigh in at 234.5 lbs, but that is with the cast on my ankle. I suppose I will have them weigh the cast when they take it off and adjust my starting weight as needed. Is that OK with everyone?

I went ahead and opened a PayPal account for the "prize money"! The PayPal account name is mmt100daychallenge@yahoo.com. It was the best one I could think of. This will be so fun - with this email I can send updates, inspirational quotes and all kinds of goodies. If you are intersted in getting this kind of stuff, just send an email to that address and I will add it to a list. I am so stoked! I feel like I have a purpose in life again. Wow!

No time like the present eh? We will figure it out. I think the easiest thing to to is add up all the measurements for each participant and go by the total inches lost over all. Don't you?

No problem! I got it covered!

OK - here are some basic ground rules....

First and MOST important this is an ON YOUR HONOR thing. We are all trusting everyone to be honest about weights and measures.

Second - it is only a one time $10 "donation" for each person that wants to be involved in the "competition" part of the challenge. We will have two winners - one who loses the most weight and one who loses the most inches.

Third - you do NOT have to participate in the $10 competition to participate in the 100 days challenge. I will only count the weights and measures of those people who want to contribute to the contest.

Fourth - if you want to participate in the contest, but you do not have PayPal, you can snail mail me the money and I will add it to the account.

Any questions can be directed to me through PM or through the 100 day challenge email.

I guess weigh-in/measuring day should be every Monday?

I'm still looking for my floppy measuring tape. I'll be back.
