- Up this morning in San Diego and it NOT raining…that's a good thing. We will be traveling up to LA today…it's also Super Bowl Sunday. #
- Take Shape For Life is GROWING…as seen by the increase in attendance at this year's Super Saturday. Many new HC have joined our mission. #
- Dan and Mary head home today while Dr A heads to Denver to do a Super Sunday this afternoon. If you're in the area make sure you attend. #
- We headed up I-5 on Sunday and checked into our hotel, the Fairfield Inn. It's right across from Disneyland (LW's fav place to enjoy). #
- We checked into our hotel on Sunday afternoon and then headed an hour up I-5 to South Pasadena to Gus' BBQ, a place a friend recommended. #
- After having lunch at Gus' BBQ, we highly recommend it. It was established in 1946 and it's rated in the top 10 BBQ 'joints' in South Cal. #
- Yesterday we spent the day with Mickey & Minnie. Our fav rides: California Soaring in California Adventure; Space Mountain in Disneyland. #
- It's raining today in Anahiem with intermittant thundershowers…clearing tomorrow and the rest of the week. We leave next Monday for home, #
- We both worked until 2pm today and now we're going to head over to the California coast and enjoy the afternoon while on our travels. #
- A change in the weather this morning in Anaheim…there are blue patches in the sky with the promise of warmer temps the rest of this week. #
- Today is another meeting with Mickey and Minnie…it looks like it could be an all day meeting but somehow we'll get through it. #
- Our TSFL home offices in Owings Mills, MD, are deep in the snow with this last storm. Expect delays in orders being shipped oiut this week. #
- The TSFL call center is operating with limited individuals manning the phones…expect delays. Order on-line if possible this week. #
- The new Chocolate Brownies are in the shopping cart and can be ordered. Enjoy, Another innovative, low cal, low carb, adequate protein food. #
- Tonight we dined at the House of Blues in Downtown Disney. Very good food, good service but…too much noise. Headed back to the hotel. #
- Worked this morning and then took the afternoon off for a drive on the California coast, over to Newport & Laguna Beaches. Weather was sunny #
- Nancy and I had lunch at 'The Beach House' in Laguna Beach. It's located right on the beach. The service & lunch were excellent. #
- Tomorrow we journey up to Pasadena. After contacting TSFL Health Coaches and clients, we'll have dinner at 'The Pantry', then off to a show. #
- Gorgeous day in L.A…in the 70's. Much warmer than in Waukon, IA, at nine degrees. Lee & Adam, keep close to a blazing fire. #
- Disneyland has a fabulous fireworks show on the weekends. Our 8th fl hotel room faces the park; the show was colorful, loud and explosive. #
