Health Coach trainings will be available monthly, one on the east side and one on the west side. Each will be hosted by Globals Directors.

The Globals and Presidentials met at the Clackamas Town Center Old Spaghetti Factory to discuss future city-wide Health Coach training.

Take Shape For Life is growing/thriving in the Portland/Vancouver area. Due to this exponential growth, TSFL leadership met to strategize.

We returned home last night from our 10 day California trip. Our Southwest flight was totally filled up but it was smooth…returned to rain

We return home tomorrow after being gone for 10 days attending a TSFL Super Saturday in San Diego and working with Health Coaches in L.A.

Seven years ago today, Valentine’s Day, Nancy reached her weight loss goal, 128lbs GONE!! Seven years ago and she’s kept it off!

Enjoyed today with my Valentine at Disneyland. Today has special meaning: it’s Nancy’s anniversary of her seven year weight loss achievement

We spent our last day before returning home tomorrow with Mickey & Minnie. Beautiful day here in L.A…at least 75 degrees.
