How accurate is FITDAY? I put in all my personal MF info- and I added in my 7 oz of flounder, 1.5 cups of asparagus, and an extra 1/2 tbsp of olive oil (to aid in constipation) and it says I am still only eating 834 calories today? Is that OK?

No "ifs"-you can handle one friggin' day. You already said you felt bloated and awful from that non-program food. This will make you feel better!

That's about what I get. I think it is pretty accurate. I compare what it comes up with with my food labels and it is pretty spot-on. We are supposed to have between 800-1000 calories daily.

Beth, just make it through today's 5/1. Drink your water, do your supplements on time and don't give into temptation for 24 hours. Then tomorrow, you'll do that again---for 24 hours.....let it build on itself, don't think about a week ahead---just do it from morning until night and promise yourself you'll make it through the day.......and then make that same promise to yourself tomorrow morning.

You are in control. If you want this, you have to fight to make it through the temptations and the hungry times.

You can do it!

<the peeing has begun>

I am in South Jersey right near Philly. You are pretty far north, right?

You know Phillipsburg. It takes me about an hour to Philly. I usually take 31 south and then take 95

Beth, Fitday is only as accurate as the information you input or choose, so if you have put in the right numbers or chosen the correct foods that you've consumed, then the calories should be right on. My calories are between 800 and 1000 each day. Hope that helps.

Keep following the guidelines and you'll have those last pounds off soon!

Beth~ You have really had a rough past few months and I know I haven't really written anything to you. I just never really knew what to say. (Sorry!)

I really want to be an encourager to you. Believe me Beth, if I can do it......anyone can. I have yo-yoed and played around with MF since 2005. I finally made the decision to just do it. (Easier said than done I know).

You can do this, Beth. As Tawanda said, just take each day one at a time. Honestly, Beth, there have been days that I had to take one minute at a time. I'm so glad that each day I have been able to overcome some major obstacles. It is such a feeling of empowerment to know that I have been the one to do this. I've never had much faith in myself, but each and every day I am starting to believe that I can actually do it.

I want to see you succeed! So, I'm here............cheering you on. :cheerleader:

Thank you Donica, that was really nice of you. I do have to be somewhat patient and stop cheating at the first sign of a plateau. I know how you feel and it is empowering to know that I have stayed on and succeeded. I wish I could put that magic feeling in a bottle and drink it whenever I feel low. Maybe Medifast IS that magic potion!

I do have some social engagements coming up- weekend vist to my Mom's, birthday party, Passover and of course my trip. I have already let all the people know that I am staying on plan. I always make excuses to cheat. I have to stop.
