Ugh I couldn't do the MRI. It was dreadful. They did not even offier music or a mirror to use or anything. I took half a Xanax, but it didn't help. They told me to take a whole Xanax plus bring another one to the office to take 15 minutes beforehand, next time I come.

HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!

It is the contained space- between the earplugs and the small space between my face and the top of the machine I felt blind and deaf. I will load up on drugs next time for sure.

Ugh I am having an IBS attack from hell. It started a few hours ago after my MF cappuccino. This sucks. I guess it's white rice and toast for dinner...again.

Well, crazy me.

I was having a lot of IBS problems, so I took yet another break for a few days. I followed the WW Points system for a week so I would eat healthy and hopeully not gain. I needed to get my stomach back to normal. I have stayed off the scale, but my pants are already fitting tightly due to the addition of carbs and sugars. I can tell I have gained even while being on WW. But my IBS has resolved, so I am re-starting MF on Sunday. I would start now but I committed myself to making our Passover dinner on Saturday night for my family.

It's amazing how different my body feels in one week of eating "normally". It's scary, actually. I feel so bloated, my pants don't fit, and I am actually having constipation issues that I never had with MF.

I am going to need some buddies to watch over me :)

Well I learned my lesson.

I just have to plan my meals better and stick to plan. Half the times I cheated were days I accidentally forgot to defrost dinner or buy veggies.

I think I am actually going to re-start tomorrow instead of Sunday since it marks 3 weeks to my Vegas trip. Besides I am eating crap and feel like a whale.

So... I am watching "Bones" in bed with my laptop. I had major biki-insomnia last night and tossed and turned until 2 am. The alarm went off at 4:30 am. It sucked.

Tomorrow is my first day back on MF. I have my fish defrosting in the fridge so I am prepared when I come home from work starving.

I want to remember how I feel after being non-compliant for so long:

1. Fat
2. Bloated
3. My pants are tight
4. Miserable because I feel like I failed
5. Unorganized and off-track

Hey Stormy... We're here for you girl.

One of my girlfriends had really bad IBS. She went to a Holistic Doctor who recommended her to take a probiotic, which replentished the healthy flora in her system. She is 100% better. She get's it over the counter at one of our local health food stores... Udo's Choice Adult formula probiotic in capsule form. I thought I would share that with you since you've been having trouble with it more often. Hope the info helps.

DAY ONE

Back on plan. 153 pounds. UGH. I'll just have to remove that cute ticker that said I was 145.3 last month. How horrible. I would rather be on a two week plateau at 145 than back up to 153.

Anyway, my day to follow:

7:00 Hot Cocoa
10:00 Shake & MF Crackers
1:00 Blueberry Oatmeal
3:30 Shake
5:30 Flounder with spray butter and side of asparagus
8:30 Shake and CSI!
+ 100 oz water

I'll check in later to see if I make it!
