Today is my first day and I must confess-reading your name mellowmom first made me think of marshmellows and then to see your name is carmel!! That is a test of my willpower right there!! LOL!

ROFL I never even thought of it like that. Mellowmom comes from the fact that I'm the mother of four sons, so I either had to become "Mellow" or "Manic Depressive!"

It's still a big pet peeve of mine- the candy is CarAmel, NOT Carmel!

But now that I think about it, when I started at a new grade school the kids initially teased me with "Hey Carmel, 'Fresh from the Kraft Candy Kitchen!'" (And you've got to be a real OLDIE to remember that commercial jingle!)
