Hi Ark,
That's tremendous! I'm happy for you! I feel the same as Jan. I was wearing the same clothes and they were falling off me. I got home and put some things on that I hadn't worn in YEARS and all of a sudden, people were coming out of the walls to congratulate me or comment. I realized I was HIDING in those old clothes! I'm glad I'm wearing stuff that fits me now and I'm glad you are too!

We're winning, can't you tell?

Thanks for sharing it with us. It's so exciting when people really notice that we have lost weight and look good! It is so motivating. :yes:

I saw a friend at Walmarts recently, and when she saw me she glanced away...until she saw DH, and then she got all excited and said, "oh, you've lost a lot of weight!." I'm convinced she didn't recognize me at first until she saw who I was with!

Isn't that funny?

After all, getting healthy and looking good is a lot of fun! :-P
