Jo - How much do you rock???? That's a rhetorical question, but I hope in your mind you are saying "Wow, I rock!" :-) I am so excited for you, and agree that it's crazy to have lost this amount of weight in such a short period of time.

I am so thrilled for you! Sorry I didn't get in touch sooner to congratulate you, I've been swamped over here!

You are awesome, you're doing awesome, and you deserve all the awesome things that life has to offer. Your family must be flipping! (Mine is!)
