I was wondering, can anyone tell me why this forum isn't mentioned on Medifast's web site? Their message boards are so difficult to navigate through. This place is just what I've been looking for!!! (and thanks again, for making me feel so welcome! You all ROCK!!)

Hi Grey, Well, I'll let Nancy or Unca answer that question, but I just wanted to welcome you to the very best Medifast support group in the whole wide world!

I started in October and didn't find these wonderful people until mid November.....by pure luck.

I predict you will be happy you found us.

I also found this forum late after I started and it's been a godsend!

If you have questions about this forum...click on Nancy and Terry's pretty picture up above the forum and you can read a little bit more about what this site's about. There's all kinds of info, great recipes, we have a weekly roll call on Sundays to report our successes. Plus...not only do you have us, but you can get your very own Health Advisor who offers all kinds of stuff and ends up being invaluable! Call up Nancy & Terry or check out the HA's on the main MMT site and they'll get you all set up and might save you some money as you continue your journey to thinniness!

I'm so glad you're here and your story is inspirational. I love it that you stick to the plan faithfully and record everything to the nth degree. I'm the same way!

We have a forum called "studio" where we post before and during pictures...I'd LOVE to see yours, it'd be a huge inspiration! I know, I'm the pushy one, but...let's see the pictures!
