Hi Maria!
Just wanted to welcome you to the forums. I am a newbie too, just started on the 16th of the month and have lost 17 pounds already. Fortunately, I work a frenetic desk job, so Medifast fits in to my lifestyle very well. The only times I have issues are on the weekends when I have the time to think about food. Water is REALLY important with this, make sure you have a bottle with you at all times, and chug away.

Well, you have definately been welcomed & given awesome advice! All I can say is a repeat of what everyone else has said. Drink water, don't skip a meal, eat every 2-3 hours & join us here daily. I've never found a more welcoming group of people, everyone here wants to see you succeed & will be here for you if you slip. This is an awesome place & the program is even better! Welcome!!
