its getting a little better

aside from being hungry, it is getting a bit better. Chicken Noodle Soup with Boullion is good, (thanks for the "soaking it overnight" tip!), Oatmeal is better with a little vanilla extract and a packet of Splenda, and the Vanilla shakes are actually good with diet orange soda, mixed in the blender. Now if I could do something about making the bars taste better :)

Cut them up into smaller pieces - like 12 or so and put them in a ziplok bag in the freezer. Nibble on the frozen bar pieces.

Have a cup of tea of a bottle of water with the bar.

Most people love 'em. In fact, some of the MakeMeThinner Folks are on Bar Restriction - they like them so well that there are some Peeps here who are known for scarfing an entire box of bars in one day.... :oops:
