I am sorry that terrible scale is acting up again. I would lend you my scale but you don't want mine either! That half a pound should be gone for both of us in no time! Now we get to celebrate all over again!

TEE, you hit the 40# club, so it would have been good to change your ticker then.
Sometimes a little water gain happens, and you just work to get it back down again.
But you hit it...! You are IN the 40# Club! YAY!
If I had changed my ticker everytime it fluctuated...oh me, oh my, sadsville! :shock:

Seems to be going around, this half-pound-keeping-you-out-of-a-club business. But in reality, you made it to the 40# club and you deserve to be proud of it. The scale does its own thing. I feel a little guilty this morning having waited and then weighed in again to get a better weight - but I weighed the same thing two days ago so I earned it, too.

Let's both throw our scales out the window, how's that? No.......wait........I was just kidding.........no, scale, I wouldn't hurt you..........I take it back.........please, please be nice to me tomorrow!!!!!!

I had visions of an old movie type skit where I was standing in the Medifast ranks and someone came by and tore off one of my stripes to put me back intot he 30# club since I was up the .5 and no longer at 40#.

I woke with a headache this morning so took some aspirin and am enjoying a cup of coffee---I'm babysitting sick grandbabies today (high fevers & runny noses from what I understand) -- should be an interesting day. Smaller font is cause I'm whispering since my head hurts.

Hope it is a great day for everyone.
