Weight the same.......day 3, LOL. I love that it doesn't bother me anymore when I see the same weight for day after day (after day and sometimes even more days after days). It seems to be the way my body is deciding to part with the pounds. Stick at a weight for days and then start dropping again. This last time it didn't allow me many days before getting 'stuck' again, but I know it will change in the not-so-distant future. My Fitday average is getting suckier and suckier (yeah, I know, not a real word---but I like it and it pretty much sums up how I feel about that average dropping, LOL). Oh well.....it is still weight loss, still much higher than I'd be doing off of MF and on some other program and my clothes are getting looser and looser all the time. Yesterday I, comfortably, wore some khaki pants that were way too tight just a week or two ago. Absolutely wonderful to be getting into smaller sizes and feeling 'thinner'. Still a long way to go though.

-33# and I bet it will be very noticeable with another 20# gone...yippee!! 20# should only take me another 10 or 11 weeks maximum (hopefully).

I had DH take some 12 week photos yesterday morning. I've not looked at them yet...I hate to have my picture taken!!! I hated it even when I weighed 124!! LOL

I weigh the same today too. I still have my stall. But like you, it really doesn't bother me because I know I am doing what I am supposed to and even kind of think it is funny. I also use fitday and am not liking those numbers either, but they will improve because Medifast works if you work it. And I NEED to see those photos. I bet WE will see a difference. Having the support of this board when I posted pics was so important because remember I had to wait until I lost SIXTY friggin pounds before I got a "Wow, you have really lost weight!"

And that is a need of mine. I really think all that photo editing kept me sane while they were adjusting my meds. What else do you do at 3am when you can't sit still!

The photos didn't turn out. :( Just when I was posing some fat old lady ran in front of the camera----it captured a picture of her instead of me. :x :x :x

Maybe we can close the doors, bar the windows and get a good shot of me in a few weeks----or a few months.

:D

Sorry!

Tawanda you are doing such a wonderful job. Keep up the good work. I had to add my two senses in on the pedicures - I too love them and your feet look and feel so mch better. I am due for my first one of the season anytime now - I too have a gift certificate but mine is from Christmas. Someday I will get there - I need to in order to start wearing sandals. I only go once a month though - my toe nails stay painted for almost the whole month - then they start to chip.

Last night I was busy watching my newest grandchild enter the world.

What a wonderful and awesome experience that is.....and how very blessed I feel to have another healthy little one that will call me 'Grammie'. He'll never know me as a heavy g'ma that cannot get down on the floor to play with him or cannot run outside when he wants to play tag or baseball...I'm so very, very blessed in so many ways!

Congratulations! I don't know how many grandchildren you've been present for the births of, but my mother was there when my daughter was born and though she was her 5th grandchild, she was the first my mother saw born. She said it was amazing and now she feels a special bond with my daughter (although she loves all her grandchildren equally she quickly adds!!). I'm glad you could be there.

Oh T! What a wonderful experience. I was there for my first grandson's birth and I've gotta say I enjoyed that one much more than the birth of my own children as I was just watching and not pushing, lol.

I have a picture of me and Jake on the day of his birth. It is a picture of a huge woman holding a tiny baby. There is a smile on her face, but the memory I have of what I was thinking what that picture was snapped is "God, I wish I wasn't so fat. This picture will be awful".

I have a picture of me and Luke, taken the day he was born last November. When that picture was snapped I thought of the other picture and what a difference there was in me - mind and body- from that first pose.

We will be healthy and vibriant grammas!

Congrats. I'm so glad you got to be there!

Congratulations, Grammie!!
Cool that you got to be there!
I was at the births of several of my nieces
and nephews and it is always awe-inspiring.
Sort of puts everything into perspective, dunnit?
