I've lost another pound and am doing great. Mindset is great, determination is strong, following the plan has been 'easy' . I'm thankful to be in this mindset...and I pray it continues. :)

I've lost count of how many days I've been on program, okay, just counted and today is day 11. 4.5# lost--wonderful! Lots more to get back off (33.5#) to goal.

I can do this!!! Better yet, I am doing it. Thankful for that. :) I've not had any really frustrating or stressful moments since I began, so I still have those to get through, when they occur.

I hope everyone has a good day.

That's wonderful T!

I'm also on day 11, with only one cheat in the middle there somewhere. I know what you mean about the click. I feel like I've been clicking really well since Sunday and I wish I could bottle what triggers the click! I'd be a rich girl!

You're doing great!

Good to hear from you Dede, so glad you are back and going strong.

I wish I could bottle the 'click' , determination and strength, too..... So that I could pull it out when I falter.

Finishing up day 11 of 100% compliance! I am marveling over it and so very thankful to be in this spot. I pray that I think long and hard before I toss it away on a piece of chemically flavored, sugary, empty calorie something--the next time a big stress, frustration or whatever huge emotion hits me.

Looking forward to day 12......

Today is day 13 of 100% compliance!!! I'm thrilled. :)

I do have a special occasion coming up early next week, I've been invited to have lunch with my grandchild at his school (Grandparent's Day celebration). The menu is not at all L&G compliant. I will do the best I can, under the circumstances, but I will not do anything to hurt my 5 year old grandchild's feelings nor make him think that his grandmother is anything but thrilled to be having a pizza at school. So....that will nix my 100% compliance...which makes me a bit sad, but it is for a wonderful reason. :)

Hope everyone else is doing well.

I'm thankful the server is back up and working. :)

Another day almost done and I hear the echo of my voice in this empty place. :?

I was on program today! One more supplement to go (in an hour) and then I am thrilled to say that I have 14 days of compliance done. I'm eager to see what my weight is tomorrow morning, hoping that I'll see another pound, at least gone (the scale has been stuck on the same numbers for a few days).

Hope everyone is doing well........

Wow! What a great accomplishment 14 straight days-go and eat lunch with your grandson and have a good time! I have been working on 3 monster graduate papers or I would have been in here more often. I am still in a fake sweetener crunch and not really sure how to get out of it this time. Once I submit these papers I will be in such a better mindset (well, that is until the results come back), but now I feel like I can move on from this. Pat yourself on the back some more and do a happy dance!

Thank you Oksoonergal....hope all works out well on your papers. :)

Scale still stuck at 180. I've been this weight or .5 heavier since Sept. 28. I know the scale is going to drop and will probably drop nicely--just wish it happens soon. LOL

Today is day 15...I frosted cupcakes for a birthday party....and had no desire to taste (or to frost) them! :cleader: I love being in the Medizone and this mindset!

Hi Karli!

I held the container with the cupcakes on my lap to the b'day pizza party.....no temptation!
I carried two large pizzas to the tables.......no temptation!!
I ate a chicken salad, had a glass of water while everyone else at the table was eating pizza....and no temptation!!!

I held the container with the left over cupcakes on the 30 minute drive home........no temptation!

I am so thankful!

Hey, T, isn't the medizone great stuff ? They should bottle it ... oh, wait, they kinda do ! There's even a whole program for it . Anyhoo, I know it's not always easy to reach, but it sure is a nice place to be and I hope you're still feelin' it because it's chicken soup for the soul these days ... hee hee.

Hi! Had computer woes (Windows wouldn't load on its own). I made back up/recovery disks per Vista instructions then did the reinstall of all components that the computer originally had.....but then the backup/recovery disks would not do their magic. I've lost all my emails, documents, photos, contacts, IE favorites....weight ticker info, FitDay info......everything. So frustrating and time consuming to try to recreate or find the sites I enjoyed. Finding this forum was challenging.

Weight this a.m. was 178!!! I made it through a pizza party, a Pampered Chef party and a luncheon with a grandchild at their school. I'm still on program!!! I was worried about today's lunch but shouldn't have. I peeled the cheese & 2 thin slices of pepperoni off of the pizza, ate the iceberg lettuce (dry--no salad dressing was offered), put the cookie & carton of milk into my handbag for my youngest grandchild (as a treat)....that was so easy!

Yesterday was a busy one and also I was fighting to get my computer working while I babysat 4 children....I ended up having 4 supplements and no L & G--so was 2 supplements short. Not ideal, but at the time, I was so darn tired & overwhelmed by the day, I did not care. LOL I was feeling pretty empty when I went to bed.....but I was too tired to give it much thought.

Okay, now that I've found the forum, I'll read up on whose been here and then go see if I can find my tickers...

T.

Thanks Joy and Teresa for visiting me and for the support.

I've lost count of where I am day wise.....okay, counted it out and today is day 18 on program! I'm so thankful for how I'm doing and, yes, surprised. I'm so aware at how little it would take to make me lose this struggle, so I'm diligent about not nibbling or having an off program food. I want to get back to my goal weight as soon as is possible and learn to maintain that weight.

This morning my weight was up .5 - no biggie.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Weight still holding at 178. I'm okay with the slow moving scale, so long as it keeps dropping every few days (I'm convincing myself that I'm okay with it...LOL).

Today is day 20 of compliance! I almost threw it away last night and ate a dinner that was not L & G...I was tired and there was nothing made that I could use as my Lean. I stopped myself and had a MF chicken noodle soup. I'm pleased about that decision.

Hope everyone else is doing well.
