I am a good way thru my second week. I have been seeing good losses then stay the same and then once last week and now once this week a gain. It is only a pound each time.

Hi, i'm only on my 3rd day with medifast, but it's going along smoothly, but i have a question. It would make my life alot easier if i can make my shakes at home and just carry them to work, leave them in the fridge and drink them as i need to. Is this allowed? to keep them refrigerated for 4 or so hours then drink them?

ANyone ever haev banana pudding as a meal and used the apple cinnamon soychips kinda like a scooper, like vanilla wafers?

I have never tasted the apple chips, but I was thinking if youare super hungry, it could be like having crackers with soup.

I love that name! but seriously, I had a hysterectomy last year and now I have this pouch (which is called a swelly belly in the hyster sister circles :shock: )

Has anyone else had this issue with the swollen belly due to hysterectomy and has medfast helped with this problem?
