It's interesting how we all perceive things differently. I read on this board how some are so self-conscious and upset and miserable with how overweight and huge they are and their starting weight is 250 pounds.

Then there are those of us who can hardly wait to get down to 250 pounds because they feel so wonderful at finally being below 300 pounds that 250 pounds will be like being in a dream.

So, I feel like I am drinking copious amounts of water. I have a big 32 oz drinking cup and I'm drinking from it pretty much all day. And I'm peeing every 5 minutes (sorry if TMI). But I feel dehydrated. My mouth feels weird and I feel thirsty. Is there a ton of diuretics in MF food? Any insight?

Today is finally the day. 50lbs GONE FOREVER! I weighed in at 168.8 this morning. Took me going off plan on Sat & Sun to get the scale going again. I did not pig out on those days. I ate the right foods and stayed away from chips and deserts.

So I am doing the banana dance today and feel great!

so tomorrow (well today now) is Independence Day. No Taxation Without Representation and whatnot.

So what about food? Tomorrow I'm declaring Independence from food. If I lived on a body of water I might "Tea Party" that mac n cheese thats been in my cupboard forever...

I have literally 50+ cans of tuna in the cabinet. Aside from the obvious tuna salad, I sometimes make it hot in an omelette with cheese. My mom always gagged at the thought of ot tune like in a casserole.

Anyway, any ideas you guys can share about how you eat it now. I was thinking it can be mixed with salad dressing in place of mayo..just add in the onion and celery. Any other ...
