introduce myself

Hi there. My name is Tina. Just started MF today. I have been feeling a little bloated, but I kind of expected this. I was wondering if you can substitute low fat feta for your lean meal?

Thanks,
Tina

Dlynn-A "Before My Body Reclamation!"

Hi, I’m Dlynn-A from Fort Worth Texas,

I’m a 52 year old single mother of 4 practically grown boys. My before picture at 146 lbs., on my 5’5” frame reflects the most I’ve weighed without being pregnant!! Menopause has taken it’s hormonal toll on me and I’m ready to take my body back. With the help of Medifast I hope to do that.

My mother, Lizabette, has lost nearly 50 lbs. on MF since January, ...

Hi Everyone

My 1st months shipment is arriving today. I will start tomorrow. Believe it or not this is my 4th or 5th time trying this program! I can never get past the 3rd day. By the third day I'm always craving real food so bad that I freak out and binge. I know you can lose weight on this program if you stick to it because I usually lose at least 8 lbs. in those 3 ...

    5. David Letterman's "Is it something?" bit and actually all of the goofy stuff he does.
    6. Ace Ventura Pet Detective and Dumb and Dumber
    7. Boy Bands (hiding my face in shame)
    8. Triumph the Insult Comic ...

Survey for medifasters with my stats

Here are my stats:

31 year old, 5'6", starting weight 200#

Now, I was wondering if there are anyone out there with similar stats that would tell me how much they lost in how many months?

My aim is to loose 50# by November 25th! Hope it's doable, considering all the plateaus/slow weeks I am gonna hit!

Thanks

2. You've experienced condensation on your butt from the hot water in the toilet bowl.
3. You can drive for ...

New to the forums.... sorta

Hi all,

I'm relitively new to the forums, although made a few 'research' posts before formally introducing myself. Just have to say this forum has been an incredible wealth of knowledge. Not to mention the most positive, active members i've ever experienced.

Just want to say i don't know any of you, but i have a definite respect for all of you, taking your life into your hands, instead of sitting idly by. Congratulations to ...
