Is it just me or are others happy with their skin since being on this program? I have noticed that my face is so much softer than it use to be and I don't break out like a school girl either. I don't have teenager skin anymore! yah! :mrgreen: (I'm sure in another 20 years I will wish I had that skin again..hehe )

Hi- I received my first order last week and just opened the crackers today for the first time...found my two cracker boxes had only 6 packages each instead of 7--I triple-checked! Would love to get those extra 2 packs--may sound silly but every morsel counts, right? Please let me know what to do--I haven't checked the other boxes of products,' is this something that happens often or occasionally?

Is seems the ceaser grilled chicken salad with newman's lowfat balsamic or sesame giner is okay at McDonalds (which is also my kids favorite place to eat when we are out and past mealtime!). I was just wondering if anyone took their blood sugar daily. I know mine has always been low...well, under 100. Not like 40s or 50s low.

Obviously for people on medication or with diabetes issues would have differences, but does anyone normally not on meds test just out of curiosity? I used to use my mom's just to see and I tested on my dad's today just to see. If so, what numbers ...
