I've been on MF for a month now and have never fully been in ketosis! I check the ketostix first thing in the am and they always say "small" (yeah, I know these don't work for everyone especially after you've been with the program for a while, but I have to know if I'm at least somewhere NEAR ketosis), but I have never gotten the benefits of being in ketosis. I don't know where to post this, so I hope this forum is okay. This is the second day of my third week.

I feel really badly. Lower abdominal pain and I feel constipated. Day before yesterday I drank 64oz of Crystal Light (throughout the day) and I don't know whether that has to do with it or not. But I feel bloated and stomach is gassy and sensitive. Don't feel like eating ...

I just wanted to introduce myself. I started on Medifast yesterday, and I'm pretty excited about the program. The first day was pretty easy.

I would like to lose 34 pounds. I'm actually down 2.5 lbs from yesterday morning (I know, I know, water weight - lol!) :roll:
