I was going over some documents that Nancy kindly forwarded to me to take to my next doctor's appointment when I came across the following sentence in two of the four documents...

"The program consists of a combination of clinically proven meal replacement suppplements and real foods designed to put the body into a fat-burning state for up to 16 weeks."


My question is what happens after the 16th week? Am I burning off something ...

Would like to watch all the Star Wars movies b4 I start my job next week. I saw Star Wars when I was a kid and then saw the Empire Strikes Back. What order should I watch all of these to make sense of the storyline?

DH and I have rented all three DVD's and are having a LOTR festival. Finished DVD 1 and 2 that are three hours each (whew ~ obviously too much time on my hands while I wait for the new job to start). Only one left to go and can't wait to see how it plays out. Anyone else out there fond of LOTR???

I just did the numbers for the last two weigh ins/roll calls.

July 2 was a total of 134.5 lost by 34 people with an average of 3.95582
July 9 was a total of 116.6 lost by 37 people with an average of 3.151351

I know there are a few people who dont weigh in until mid week so I think this past week's will be higher by the end of the week.
