Medifast Launches National Television Test Ad
Campaign; Names Brennan Response as Direct Response Television

OWINGS MILLS, Md., Sept. 25 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Medifast,
Inc. (Amex: MED - News) announced today that after a thorough review
of several companies, it has chosen Brennan Response, Inc. to
produce its direct response and retail support commercials for the
Medifast and Woman's Wellbeing brands.
The Company is currently conducting a 2-week test campaign
nationally on satellite and cable networks. The analysis of the
campaign's first few days has proven to be highly successful and
will assist the company in reaching its forecast through a national
rollout of the program starting in January.
"Our direct response commercials are expected to generate
significant revenues for the Company," says Brad MacDonald,
Medifast's CEO. "Our advertising initiatives will support our
network of physicians and over 4000 health advisors who provide
counseling and program support services to Medifast customers."
