As stated on our Home page, the purpose of our MakeMeThinner blog is to introduce you to the Healthy Habits that will assist you to attain and manage a healthy weight and improve your health. This implies taking personal responsibility by following the strategies that lead to life-long health. In addition, Nancy and I have discovered having the correct nutritional approach coupled with a personal Take Shape For Life Health Coach greatly added to the success of our weight loss journey.   Dr A's Habits of Health After many years of weight loss struggles, we found the correct combination for long-term healthy success:  The right nutritional vehicle, the Medifast Medically Formulated Portion Control Meal Replacements – commonly referred to as PCMRs and, the right system: a personal Take Shape For Life Health Coach. These two factors greatly contributed to our weight loss success. Since July 2002, we’ve shared this with thousands of others who’ve also had success in reclaiming their health. Our personal experience with our own health revolution was further enhanced by our understanding of the Trilogy of Optimal Health.
