As stated on our Home page, the purpose of our MakeMeThinner.com blog is to introduce you to the Healthy Habits that will assist you to attain and manage a healthy weight and improve your health. This implies taking personal responsibility by following the strategies that lead to life-long health. In addition, Nancy and I have discovered that having the correct nutritional approach coupled with a personal Take Shape For Life Health Coach greatly added to the success of our weight loss journey.
After many years of weight loss struggles, we found the correct combination for long-term healthy success: The right vehicle which is Medifast Medically Formulated Portion Control Meal Replacements – commonly referred to as PCMRs and; the right system: TSFL Coaching.
